don't want to go the way of Vincent

just watched a dvd on Vincent Van Gogh...and oh boy, the idea of trying to get a group of artists happening and getting my own career happening scares me....it is what I want most in the world is to be a successful artist, and I have to put aside this fear. I think what held Vincent back most of all was his mental illness, not his ability as an artist. Also, I am the most boring house wife, I'd never be tempted to cut part of my ear off and send it to a prostitute...mmmm....
